Yes, we strongly recommend making an appointment to ensure availability. You can do so by  booking online through our website.

Our salon is committed to safety and quality. We exclusively utilize professional-grade, formaldehyde-free products from esteemed brands including Milbon, Wella, and La Biosthétique, which are also available for retail purchase.

DEPOSITS

A deposit is required to secure your appointment.

CANCELLATION & DEPOSIT REFUND 

Cancellations: You may cancel your appointment if more than 48 hours in advance.

Refunds: For eligible cancellations, refunds will be issued within **5–10 business days** via the original payment method.

Late Cancellations (within 48 hours): No refunds will be provided.  

RESCHEDULING

1. More than 48 hours permitted at no additional charge.
2. Between 24-48 hours before the appointment will incur an additional 50% deposit charge.
3. Less than 24 hours will not be accepted 100% of the deposit will be forfeited.

NO-SHOW & LATE ARRIVALS

1. Failed attendance (no-show) will incur a 100% charge of the scheduled service cost.
2. Lateness of more than 15 minutes will be treated as a no-show with full payment due.

We are a gender-less salon. Our cuts services are based on the length of your hair when you come to the salon.

Our definition of “The Short Cut” would be 0cm -8cm to the ears, usually requires clippers and scissors works. Anything else, please select “The Cut”.
