We offer haircuts, hair colouring, highlights, balayage, hair & scalp treatments (headspas), perming , straightening and styling for special occasions. All services can be available to view here.
Yes, we strongly recommend making an appointment to ensure availability. You can do so by booking online through our website.
Our salon is committed to safety and quality. We exclusively utilize professional-grade, formaldehyde-free products from esteemed brands including Milbon, Wella, and La Biosthétique, which are also available for retail purchase.
DEPOSITS
A deposit is required to secure your appointment.
CANCELLATION & DEPOSIT REFUND
Cancellations: You may cancel your appointment if more than 48 hours in advance.
Refunds: For eligible cancellations, refunds will be issued minus a 7% administrative fee + if applicable 20% Fresha New Client Fee.
Late Cancellations (within 48 hours): No refunds will be provided.
All refunds will be processed within **5–10 business days** via the original payment method.
RESCHEDULING
1. More than 48 hours permitted at no additional charge.
2. Between 24-48 hours before the appointment will incur an additional 50% deposit charge.
3. Less than 24 hours will not be accepted 100% of the deposit will be forfeited.
NO-SHOW & LATE ARRIVALS
1. Failed attendance (no-show) will incur a 100% charge of the scheduled service cost.
2. Lateness of more than 15 minutes will be treated as a no-show with full payment due.
We are a gender-less salon. Our cuts services are based on the length of your hair when you come to the salon.
Our definition of “The Short Cut” would be 0cm -8cm to the ears, usually requires clippers and scissors works. Anything else, please select “The Cut”.

Once you have been offered a slot, to secure your appointment - please kindly confirm your booking by completing the deposit payment request within 60 minutes. Please note that any unconfirmed appointments will be automatically cancelled after this period.
